Prefix and Root Word Fun

We have been learning about root words and prefixes! We had so much fun doing our group lesson the other day with sentence strips! We wrote down root words on pink sentence strips and prefixes on blue sentence strips. We then put both pieces together to form a word. This was a great way for them to see the difference between what a root word is and what a prefix is.  Check out our end result below :)
